I've been learning silk screening!
..these patches are made with recycled denim and measure abut 2-1/2" x 3" I will sew a few on to hats and offer them at the market individually, as well.
I started with a photo- emulsion kit from Dahrma Trading and followed their instructions. The whole process is easier than I thought it would be and a lot of fun!

The process is easy, until you start adding colors and layering them - and have to use extra care in not overlapping them...
Silk screening was one of my favorite techniques to learn.
These little badges are way too cute, and being a French girl from QC, I'm totally digging the Fleur de Lys! :)
